Ha Ha Ha ... Awesome
I just checked official results for the State Capitol Half Marathon and my official time is 3 hours and 8 minutes. So if I take off the 15 minutes it took to help that girl, then it was 2 hours and 53 minutes!!! I am REALLY proud of that time, based on how hard the course was for me.

Its kind of hard to explain the whole race, the course and how we felt about it. Wilder than I even imagined it to be, but do-able and so funny just trying to get thru it.
